For the past two years or so it’s been impossible to open a news app, watch TV, check social media or scroll through your email without seeing or hearing something about AI and how our world is drastically changing due to this groundbreaking tech. It’s a non-stop stream of Artificial Intelligence this and Machine Learning that, and it seems there is no aspect of daily life which hasn’t changed already or will do at any second.
Thanks to this technology, we’ve seen everything from what Julius Caesar’s buttocks probably looked like to what NASA’s proposed new moon base will look like and just about anything else you can imagine in between. While it’s true that a lot of what we get AI wise is on the sillier side, the practical applications have already proven to be invaluable and the results can be nothing short of stunning.
The areas in which we hear a lot of AI talk are medical, robotics, military and art; but the construction industry has also jumped in with both boots and is already embracing the technology.
