Jordan Fuller is the President of Satchel Construction, where he has led the company since 2010. Following his family's legacy in construction, Jordan was introduced to the industry as a toddler, accompanying his father to jobsites in a hard hat and work boots. A lifetime immersed in construction and years of hands-on experience have shaped his expertise, leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects. Today, he focuses on supporting the Satchel team, serving clients, and guiding the company's continued growth. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys traveling, golfing (especially when the two can be combined), and spending time on the water.

Josh Fuller is the Director of Preconstruction at Satchel Construction, where he develops the services, strategies, and systems that help position projects for success. Since entering the construction industry in 1996, Josh has served in nearly every facet of the business, including roles as a carpenter, superintendent, project manager, estimator, director of operations, and business owner. Although his experience spans the full construction process, preconstruction has always been his natural focus. A systems builder, entrepreneur, and forward thinker, Josh is passionate about exploring new opportunities and creating practical solutions that support Satchel’s clients, projects, and continued growth. Outside of work, he draws inspiration from art, nature, technology, philosophy, and spirituality, and he enjoys leading, learning from, and spending time with his family and coworkers.

Robert Corbin is Satchel Construction's Senior Superintendent and Safety Manager, bringing decades of hands-on construction experience to every project. Originally from California, Bob has called the Charleston area home for decades and has been working in construction since he was 12 years old. His lifelong dedication to the industry and extensive field experience make him a trusted leader for both project execution and jobsite safety. Outside of work, Bob and his wife enjoy the quiet life at their camper just outside of Santee.

Lauren Binard is the Director of Business Development at Satchel Construction, where she is dedicated to building strong relationships and helping clients bring their visions to life. A graduate of the College of Charleston and longtime Charleston resident, Lauren brings experience in real estate, interior design, and hospitality to her role. Her diverse background allows her to understand projects from multiple perspectives while fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships. When she's not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sailing and sharing her passion for classic cars.

Lacy Fuller is the Vice President of Satchel Construction's Minor Construction Division, bringing a lifetime of construction experience and hands-on leadership to the team. Having worked in the industry from an early age, Lacy has built a reputation for delivering quality projects, solving problems, and mentoring those around him. Known for his strong work ethic, approachable personality, and quick sense of humor, he enjoys helping others grow while leading projects with integrity and practical expertise. Outside of work, Lacy is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife of 55 years, children and grandchildren.

Joe Flanagan is a Senior Project Manager at Satchel Construction, bringing a decade of hands-on leadership and construction experience to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has spent the past 10 years leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects throughout the Carolinas. His experience spans the healthcare, institutional, hospitality, and industrial sectors, giving him a well-rounded approach to managing complex projects with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and unwinding on the beaches of Hilton Head.

Rachel Simonsen is the Controller at Satchel Construction, where she oversees the company's financial operations and supports its continued growth. She earned her degree in Communications from Columbia College and has proudly called Charleston home for the past decade. Before joining Satchel, Rachel built her experience supporting business operations in the hospitality industry, developing a strong foundation in finance, organization, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys making the most of the Lowcountry lifestyle with her family—whether that's spending time on the water, soaking up the sunshine, or discovering great local restaurants.
